AI should be accountable to the people it affects. We examine its behaviour, ask what the evidence supports, and turn those questions into software development.
Public scrutiny. Practical research. Human oversight.
From oversight to development
Building toward more stable, accountable AI.
CaLiBRATE is developing software intended to support AI stability and safety through better evidence handling, continuity and evaluation. This is work in progress—not a claim that one tool can stabilize every AI system.

What does the evidence actually support?
Evidence-review software being developed to keep source material, interpretation, uncertainty and unsupported claims distinct. The aim is clearer reasoning and decisions that people can inspect and challenge.
Tested development builds

How do we keep the context without losing the source?
Continuity and memory tooling being developed to carry source-linked project context, decisions and checkpoints between stages of work. The aim is less lost context, fewer repeated mistakes and a more traceable history.

How can we test better ways of reasoning?
Experimental simulation and reasoning work, alongside Deep Thought / Atlas and APE-X integration research. These projects explore ideas through prototypes, controlled comparisons and explicit evaluation limits.
Prototype results are not proven real-world safety. Clear limitations and independent challenge are part of the work.
The Family Control Centre brings family coordination into one app. An early version has been built and tested locally; the next step is learning how it fits real family routines.
We launched TimeToCalibrate.ca with dedicated project pages, The Calibrator’s public founder letter and a way to send ideas directly to the project. Explore the work, get in touch and find a practical way to contribute in one place.
We created captioned short films, including “Who Is Missing From the Room?” and “Your Ideas Matter.” They bring the project’s central question to life: what do people closest to a problem see that everyone else misses?
Your contribution supports Calibrator’s development and operating work. A share can introduce the project to someone with the skills, resources or experience to help.

Your ideas matter
What do you see that everyone else keeps walking past?
Bring the problem, the idea, the expertise or the honest challenge. Good work becomes stronger when more of the picture is visible.
